This is a nine-year-old single cask single malt from Kilchoman, matured in Madeira casks.
Kilchoman was founded in 2005 and was the first new distillery built on Islay in more than 124 years. Anthony Wills, the founder, set out to revive the tradition of farm distilling on the island, and the distillery carries out every stage on site, including its own maltings.
