This is a single cask Islay single malt from Kilchoman, released as An T-Earrach 2025 in the Uniquely Islay Series. It comes from cask 14/201 and is bottled at 53.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 229 bottles filled.
The malt was peated to 20 ppm and made from barley of the 2013 harvest. It then matured for eleven years in a single bourbon cask. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Vanilla, honey and caramel are the aromas described, with a gentle smokiness.
