This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Kilchoman, in a 70cl bottle. It is part of the Impex Cask Evolution release and was matured in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The sherry casks bring dried fruit, warm spice and a little smoke, set alongside the peaty character Kilchoman is known for.
Tasting notes mention raisins, chocolate and toasted oak.
