This is a 6 year old single malt from Kilchoman, released as the Impex Cask Evolution and aged in ruby port casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The port casks bring rich, fruity notes alongside the distillery's smoky Islay character.
Tasting notes describe peat balanced with wine-led sweetness, with fruit and smoke sitting side by side.
