Kilchoman – Loch Gorm 10 Year Old 2026 Edition (75cl, 46%)

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10 Year Old 2026 Edition is the annual sherry-matured release from the Islay farm distillery, bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle. It was matured entirely in 23 oloroso sherry butts of Spanish and French oak, 20 first-fill and 3 refill, and the malt is peated to 50 ppm. About 18,000 bottles were filled, released in April 2026, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Loch Gorm takes its name from Islay's largest freshwater loch, which borders the distillery. The nose brings dried red fruits, barbecued meats, toasted walnuts and rich peat smoke. On the palate come candied orange, tropical fruit, salted caramel, prunes, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the finish carries spices, toasted dark chocolate, liquorice and balanced peat.
