Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2010-2016 is an Islay single malt matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2016 at 46% ABV, in an outturn of 14000 bottles, without added colour or chill-filtration.
Smoky peat and a strong sherry character run through it, with dark fruit, chocolate, spice and a touch of sea salt. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced, with firm smoke, sweet dried fruit and pleasant spice, leading into a long, warming finish.
