Kilchoman Maury Cask Matured is an Islay whisky aged for its entire maturation in ex-Maury casks, rather than given a finish in them. It is a limited edition, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
Maury is a sweet fortified wine from Roussillon in southern France, made mainly from Grenache noir. Its casks have added dates, raisins and dark honey sweetness, which sit alongside Kilchoman's natural peat smoke and citrus sweetness.
