The Rockside name refers to Rockside Farm, where Kilchoman was established.
On the nose there is peat smoke with fresh citrus, orchard fruit, vanilla and malt, with a coastal note and toasted oak. The palate brings smoke, lemon zest, ripe fruit, malted grain and oak spice, with some maritime salinity. The finish is persistent and warming, with dry peat smoke, oak, citrus and spice.
