Kilchoman – Sanaig (70cl, 46%)

Kilchoman – Sanaig is a single malt whisky from Kilchoman (Islay). Aged 4 years, bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks. Introduced to the Kilchoman core range on 7th March 2016, this expression has been matured in 70% oloroso sherry casks and 30% bourbon casks. An Islay malt distillery that was the first new distillery on the island for 124 years when it opened in 2005. Founded by the Wills family, the distillery saw a return of the practice of “farm distilling” to Islay as it used its own barely fields, malt floors and kilns.
