Kilchoman Sanaig Cask Strength is a peated Islay single malt, released as a limited edition and bottled at 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of whisky finished in oloroso sherry hogsheads and whisky fully matured in sherry casks sourced from José y Miguel Martín.
On the palate, rich peat smoke sits alongside cooked fruits, dark caramel, dried figs and subtle spices. The finish is long and velvety.
