Kilchoman Sanaig is a single malt from Kilchoman Distillery on the island of Islay, bottled at 46%. Kilchoman is a young but traditional distillery where the whole process, from barley to bottle, takes place on one site.
The nose offers heather, raisins, pear and orange peel, with stone fruit, spice and peat smoke. On the palate, ripe plums and cherries give way to peat, toffee, oak and dark chocolate. The finish is long and sweet, with caramel, cinnamon and cloves.
