Kilchoman Sauternes Cask Matured is the 2024 Edition of an Islay single malt from the Islay Farm Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in Sauternes casks, which bring the influence of a sweet French wine to a peated Islay malt.
The nose is described as honey, dried fruit and apricot, with a lively acidity that balances the peat smoke. The palate is soft and enveloping, and the finish is long and vibrant.
