Kilkerran 12 Year Old is a single malt from Campbeltown, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv.
The nose opens with oak, followed by toasted marshmallows, dried fruit pudding, cherries and marzipan, with a hint of peat. On the palate, citrus and orange peel come first, then vanilla, butterscotch, honeycomb and digestive biscuits.
The finish is smooth, with lemon meringue, and closes with the oiliness and saltiness expected of a Campbeltown dram.
