This is a 12 year old Kilkerran from Glengyle in Campbeltown, bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose shows clear oak, dried fruits, cherry and marzipan, with a hint of peat. The palate is fruity, with citrus and orange peel alongside vanilla, cream caramel and honey. The finish is long, velvety and smooth, with lemon meringue.
It is described as a classic Campbeltown dram, with salty tones, a note of the sea and an oily texture.
