Kilkerran 16 Year Old is a single malt from the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown, in the 2022 edition. It was matured in bourbon casks. On the nose it shows cut grass and lemon shortbread. The palate opens with spiced pepper and dried apricots, moving to earthy peat and hints of brine. The finish is ashy, with waxy peel.
