A heavily peated Kilkerran single malt from Campbeltown, bottled at a cask strength of 57.7% as batch 5 in 2021. It offers an alternative to the usual lightly peated Kilkerran style.
It was made at Glengyle distillery, which re-opened in 2004 after lying dormant for 79 years. The whisky was matured in a mix of 85% ex-bourbon and 15% ex-sherry casks.
