The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with roasted marshmallow notes that mark the Kilkerran Heavily Peated series.
On the nose it opens sweetly, with icing sugar, crème brûlée and vanilla custard. The palate shows the soft smoke and marshmallow, and with time gooseberry and parma violet appear. The finish keeps its sweetness, in notes of orange pith.
