Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 12 is a Campbeltown single malt from the Glengyle distillery, bottled at 58.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a vatting of 90% bourbon cask and 10% sherry cask, and is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose begins with caramel, then moves towards wheat bread. The palate is oily and smoky with a touch of ham, and the finish brings sweet peat with light hints of citrus.
