Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch No.13 (70cl)

Kilkerran Heavily Peated is a Campbeltown single malt, here in Batch No.13 and a 70cl bottle. It is released twice a year at cask strength, with a peating level of around 45PPM, and is usually matured mainly in Bourbon casks, although the maturation can vary. The nose brings creamy butterscotch, banana fritters and elderflower. On the palate the peat smoke is joined by honeydew melon and Iberico ham, and the finish carries the smoke on alongside verbena and honeycomb.
