The 2026 King of Kentucky is a 14 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Brown-Forman, bottled at barrel proof, non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle. This bottle comes from Warehouse L and is 132+ proof. The 2026 release is made up of 99 single barrels, 51 from Warehouse I and 48 from Warehouse L, each bottled on its own. Brown-Forman first used the name in 1881 and brought it back in 2018. This year's release carries a 14 year age statement. It has a wax-dipped closure, hand-numbered, and comes in a custom canister. Notes for the release describe orange zest, caramel, dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow on the nose, then dark maple syrup, vanilla wafer and baked banana on the palate. The finish is long.
