King of Scots The Peated Edition is a blended Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing & Co, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
Douglas Laing's Master Blender hand-selected rich, sweet single grain whiskies and married them with a higher-than-normal proportion of aged malt whiskies from preferred distilleries, predominantly on Islay. That Islay influence gives the blend its peat character.
The label describes it as sweetly smooth, with the depth of Islay peat.
