This is an 11th anniversary collector's edition single malt from Kiyokawa Distillery, one of Japan's newest craft distilleries, bottled at 54% in a 50cl bottle. It comes from the 11th cask ever filled at the distillery.
The whisky matured entirely in an ex-Marsala fortified-wine cask, and it is described as the first Japanese single malt matured entirely in ex-Marsala wood. It is a farm-to-bottle malt.
