On the palate it is full and velvety, supported by surprising freshness that balances the wine's natural sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, with citrus and a delicate spicy aftertaste.
It pairs well with spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, curry, blue cheeses and fruit desserts, and is best served at 8-10°C.
