Knappogue Castle California Barrel Select is a 12 year old single malt Irish whiskey, matured in first-fill bourbon barrels that had not been used before to age Irish whiskey. The bourbon oak gives a stronger influence on the spirit.
It is triple distilled and bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered, which keeps the flavour and mouthfeel intact.
