Knob Creek 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey, made in the pre-Prohibition style and aged for a decade in deeply charred barrels. It is bottled at 100 proof (50%) and is a permanent addition to the Knob Creek range.
The colour is tawny with waves of copper.
The nose has rich caramel and vanilla, deep rye spice and dried apple. On the palate come black peppercorn, creamy vanilla and caramel, with hints of deep oak and char. The finish is smooth, with lingering baking spice.
