Knob Creek 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in Clermont, Kentucky, from hand-selected barrels matured for twelve years. It is bottled at cask strength, and the neck tag marks it as a 2026 release. The bottle also carries Knob Creek's Small Batch designation.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with brown sugar, roasted nuts, cinnamon and dark fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, vanilla, charred oak and baking spices, moving towards dark cherry, maple and leather. The finish is long, warming and led by oak, with caramel, spice, vanilla and barrel char.
