This is a 21 year old Kentucky bourbon from Knob Creek, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited-edition release and the oldest the brand has put out to date.
Its bronze colour and deep caramelised oak character come from long ageing in Kentucky rack houses.
It is described as full-bodied, with bold charred oak, caramel and subtle fruit notes.
