Knob Creek – 21 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Knob Creek 21 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Released in October 2025 by the James B. Beam Distilling Co., it is the oldest expression in the history of both Knob Creek and the Beam distillery. The barrels were laid down in 2004 and distilled by Fred Noe before Suntory acquired Beam in 2014. Fred Noe and his son Freddie hand-selected each barrel. Knob Creek itself was introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe. The nose is seasoned oak, caramelised sugar and subtle smoke. On the palate, deep caramel and char build alongside hints of fruit and toasted oak, and the finish is long and warm with toffee and charred wood.
