Knob Creek – 7 Year Old Single Barrel Reserve Rye (57.5%)

Knob Creek 7 Year Old Single Barrel Reserve is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey, aged for seven years and bottled from a single barrel at 115 proof (57.5%). It is described as a bold, intense rye that keeps the classic character of the grain, with a full body and plenty of depth. The palate is rich in spice, oak and caramel, followed by a smooth, full-bodied finish.
