Knob Creek 9 Year Old 100 Proof Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Knob Creek 9 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Jim Beam, matured for nine years in deeply charred white oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It follows the old-style approach of Booker Noe, who created the Small Batch Bourbon Collection in the early 1990s. The nose is deep oak and caramel with vanilla sweetness. The palate is full-bodied, with oak, caramel and natural sweetness in balance, and the finish is long and rich.
