Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch bourbon aged for nine years and bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in white oak barrels, and the bottle is sealed with a soft black wax stopper under a label styled after the America of the 20s and 30s, when Prohibition was in force.
The colour is golden amber. The nose is caramel and maple syrup, the palate oaky sweetness with spiced chocolate, and the finish is long and slightly oily.
