Knob Creek – Single Barrel Select "San Diego Barrel Boys #5" (60%)

This is a single barrel Knob Creek bourbon, the fifth selection made by the San Diego Barrel Boys. It carries a customised engraved plate and is bottled at 120 proof (60%), a strength chosen to preserve its distinct character. Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is aged for a minimum of nine years. The materials that come with the bottle set out its exact age and where in the warehouse the barrel was stored.
