Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve is a nine-year-old bourbon bottled at 120 proof (60% ABV). It has a deep amber colour, with more rich wood and vanilla character than the standard bottling.
On the nose it is robust with vanilla and caramel, accented by a little smoke. The palate is sweet and nutty, and the finish is long and full.
