Knob Creek 9 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon in the distillery's Small Batch range, in a 750ml bottle. It matures for nine years in white oak barrels and is bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV.
The nose brings toasted nuts, grain and oak. The palate is woody and full-bodied, with vanilla and caramel, some sweetness and a suggestion of fruit, before a long, rich finish.
