Knob Creek Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for nine years in charred American oak barrels and has a deep amber colour.
The nose brings vanilla and caramel over toasted wood and sweet spice. On the palate, honey and vanilla sit alongside dried fruit and a light smokiness, leading to a long, pleasantly spicy finish.
