Blender's Edition 01 is a Knob Creek straight bourbon from Kentucky, in a 75cl bottle. It is the first release in a new limited series that focuses on the craft behind the brand.
The master distiller and the blenders selected and blended it by hand, aiming for a bold, full-flavoured bourbon that brings out the sweeter side of the Knob Creek profile.
Vanilla and confectionery notes run through it, balanced by the signature depth of the brand.
