Knob Creek Blender's Edition #1 is a Kentucky bourbon, the first release in a new limited series from the James B. Beam Distilling Co. that celebrates the craft of blending. It was unveiled on 31 March 2026 and is bottled at 53% (106 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
Eighth-generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe and his blending team hand-selected the barrels to bring out the sweeter side of Knob Creek. The whisky was distilled at Clermont and aged for a minimum of 10 years.
The nose is rich confectionery sweetness, vanilla bean, subtle fruit, caramel and roasted peanuts. The palate is full-bodied with vanilla, caramel, nougat and butterscotch, followed by a long, soft finish.
