Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye is a small batch blend of two Kentucky straight whiskeys, from Clermont, Kentucky. It combines 30% straight bourbon aged for 9 years with 70% straight rye aged for 7 years, and is bottled at 56.5% ABV (113 proof).
The colour is golden brown with copper hues. The nose is sweet maple and vanilla with a touch of nuttiness and baking spice. On the palate there are brown sweets, a hint of fruit and black pepper, and the finish is sweet with lingering spice.
