Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye is a Kentucky blended whiskey that combines the full-bodied character of bourbon with the spicier, robust notes of rye. It is bottled at 56.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskey is made from corn, rye and barley and aged in charred oak barrels, which give it a deep amber colour.
It is described as well balanced, with hints of vanilla, caramel and oak, and a peppery rye finish.
