Knob Creek 'Dealers Choice' is a single barrel bourbon chosen by Sip Whiskey. The barrel came from Warehouse M, Floor 5, Rick 029, and the whiskey has a strength of 120 proof (60%).
The spirit was distilled on 6 October 2014, and the barrel was hand-selected on 15 December 2023.
It is described as bold and complex, with caramel, oak and spice, and a smooth finish.
