Knob Creek Eli Manning's Bold Pick 2026 is a nine-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from a single barrel, bottled at cask strength, 120 proof. It is unfiltered and uncut. The barrel was chosen at Clermont, Kentucky by Eli Manning, the former New York Giants quarterback, from barrels put in front of him by Master Distiller Freddie Noe. It is a limited-edition Single Barrel release, and Manning described his pick as balanced, uncompromising and full of character. The flavours include vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, dark stone fruit, cocoa and roasted nuts, with a long, spice-driven finish.
