Knob Creek Rye (70cl)

Knob Creek Rye is an American rye whiskey from the Jim Beam family, created by Booker Noe to bring back the flavours of the pre-Prohibition era. It is a small batch whiskey, blended from rye whiskeys drawn from a numbered series of American oak casks, some of them aged up to 9 years. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose opens with oak and pepper, followed by toffee and vanilla. The palate is rich and pleasantly sweet, with smoky wood, figs, white pepper, peanuts and a hint of redcurrant. The finish is full and long, with vanilla, peat and oak.
