Knob Creek Rye is an American rye whiskey made in small batches and sold in a 70cl bottle. It has a firm, spicy character and works well in cocktails such as the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned. The nose brings sweet spice and charred wood. The palate is full, with raw rye, vanilla, clove and a little dried fruit. The finish is long and warming, with a gentle aftertaste of herbs and spice.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
