Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Bourbon Eli Manning Bold Pick (75cl)

Knob Creek Single Barrel Select is a bourbon bottled from a single barrel, and this is the Eli Manning Bold Pick, in a 750ml bottle. The nose offers salted caramel, apple pie and butterscotch candies. On the palate, black pepper and toasted oak mingle with chocolate-covered raisins and candied walnuts. It holds its proof well, and water softens the pepperiness and brings out more vanilla. The finish is long, all chocolate and toasted oak.
