Knob Creek Small Batch is a nine-year-old Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 100 proof in a 1.75 litre bottle. It belongs to the Jim Beam Small Batch series, alongside Booker's, Baker's and Basil Hayden's.
The whiskey is not chill-filtered, so it keeps all of its inherent oils, which add to the texture and flavour.
Caramel and sweet baking spices are described on the finish.
