This is Knob Creek Small Batch Kentucky Straight Rye, aged for ten years. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 50% ABV, or 100 proof.
The rye spent its decade maturing in deeply charred barrels. It is full-bodied and can be enjoyed neat or over ice.
Black peppercorn, creamy vanilla and caramel make up the flavour, with lingering baking spice on the finish.
