Knob Creek Smoked Maple is a Kentucky straight bourbon blended with natural smoked maple flavours. It is bottled at 90 proof, or 45% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose suggests hickory smoke, maple wood and earthy grain. Maple leads the palate alongside vanilla and caramel, and a soft smoky note carries through a gently sweet finish.
