Knob Creek Smoked Maple (75cl)

Knob Creek Smoked Maple is a flavoured whiskey made by adding natural maple flavours to Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Because of that addition, it cannot be labelled as straight bourbon. It is made at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. The base is the familiar Knob Creek bourbon, matured in deeply charred white oak barrels, with maple notes meant to recall the smoke of hickory and maple wood. The nose is smoked hickory and maple wood with a hint of earthy grain. The palate is full-bodied, with maple notes that lift to smoke alongside vanilla and caramel. The finish is smoky, smooth and slightly sweet, with maple and oak.
