Kojiki is a Japanese whisky named after the Records of Ancient Matters, the oldest chronicle in Japan, written in the 8th century. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The whisky is clear, light and pale gold in colour, with a rich sweetness and a fresh character.
On the nose it is described as wheat bread, orange peel, white peach and cotton candy.
