Premium is a low-alcohol sparkling kombucha in a 75cl bottle, made with a double fermentation and offered as an alternative to sparkling wine.
It carries notes of vanilla, mango and blackberry, with a crisp, refined character reminiscent of white or orange wine. The finish is delicate and off-dry. It is best served chilled in a tall glass.
